YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED NOW - You will not enter any credit card information when filling out this form. You will be sent a proof within 48 hours after placing this order - rush orders will recieve a proof promptly. Once approved by you we will send you an invoice to pay online. If your item does not require a proof, you will be emailed a link to make your payment on line.

Warm Weather Shipping - We DO ship chocolate all year. During the months of April-Oct. (only if warm) or all year when shipping to warm climate areas, chocolate orders will be shipped in an insulated container. There is a $6.00 charge for this container. Please use a ship to address where someone is available to receive the package. All warm weather orders must be signed for - we are not responsible for any chocolate orders left outside. The following states are a 1 or 2 day ship via ground service and DO NOT require Express shipping: Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania,

Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia.

Rush Orders - $10.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 10 days. $15.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 5 days. If needed in less than three days, please call or email info@wrapasweet.com / 516-233-1060. These fees are in addition to normal shipping charges.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER). Once your order has been submitted we will send a request for payment with final pricing and shipping charges. Just respond to the email through PayPal and your charge will be sent to us. Payments through PayPal are fast, free and secure. You do not need to be a member to pay with PayPal. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED WHEN SUBMITTING THIS FORM! I would like to pay by credit card. I would like to send a money order.		You will receive a proof within 24 hours of placing your order - not including weekends. Once approved by you we will send you an invoice with your final pricing and shipping charges. All of our wrappers are custom made and cannot be returned unless there is an error made on our part, i.e. spelling or date error, etc.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fully Customized Themes:
There is a one-time $10.00 additional charge for fully custom themes.

There is a one-time $20.00 charge for logo set-up.

Shipping:

Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service. If needed to be rushed, we will use USPS Express Mail or 2-day UPS.

**During the warmer months (April-October) for any wrappers ordered with candy bars we will use a cooler pack. There is a $6.00 charge for this cooler pack. (Note: The cooler pack and ice pack are reusable). If the weather is cool during these months special shipping will not be required.

Warm Weather: Wrap A Sweet will not be responsible for any melted candy that is shipped without an insulated container. All shipments containing chocolate require a signature at time of delivery. No packages will be left without signature.

Payments:
We currently accept money orders - or credit cards and echecks through PayPal.

Proofs:
Proofs will be emailed prior to processing order. Please check very carefully and let us know of any errors or changes at this time. Once proof is approved by customer via email, Wrap A Sweet is not responsible for any errors which may have been overlooked.

Returns and Cancellations:
Once an order is approved, paid and printed, cancellations will require a fee of 25% of total order.
