**Warm Weather Shipping - We DO ship chocolate all year. During the months of April-Oct. or when shipping to warm climates, chocolate orders will be shipped in an insulated container. There is a $6.00 charge for this container. Depending on the temperatures at shipping time we will determine whether your order will ship Overnight Express or 2-day Fed Ex. All warm weather orders must be signed for.

The following states DO NOT require Express shipping: Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, IIndiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusettes, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia

Some chocolate items are shipped from a different location - we will notify you if Express is necessary. These item include, chocolate lollipops, and the square, round and heart chocolate photo favors.

**Rush Orders - $10.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 7 days. $15.00 one-time charge for orders needed in less than 5 days, $25 for orders needed in less than 3 days.

Payment Information:

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER). Once your order has been submitted we will send a request for payment with final pricing and shipping charges. Just respond to the email through PayPal and your charge will be sent to us. Payments through PayPal are fast, free and secure.

You do not need to be a member to pay with PayPal.

You will receive a proof within 48 hours of placing your order. Once approved by you we will send you an invoice with your final pricing and shipping charges. All of our wrappers are custom made and cannot be returned unless there is an error made on our part, i.e. spelling or date error, etc.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fully Customized Themes:
There is a one-time $10.00 additional charge for fully custom themes.

There is a one-time $20.00 charge for logo set-up.

Shipping:

Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service. If needed to be rushed, we will use USPS Express Mail or 2-day UPS. We charge exact shipping only, no handling fees.

**During the warmer months (April-October) for any wrappers ordered with candy bars we will use a cooler pack. There is a $6.00 charge for this cooler pack. (Note: The cooler pack and ice pack are reusable). If the weather is cool during these months special shipping will not be required.

Sweet Memories will not be responsible for any melted candy that is shipped without an insulated container. All shipments containing chocolate require a signature at time of delivery. No packages will be left without signature.

Payments:
We currently accept money orders - or credit cards and echecks through PayPal.

Proofs:
Proofs will be emailed prior to processing order. Please check very carefully and let us know of any errors or changes at this time. If proof must be emailed for changes on the part of the customer more than 3 times, a charge of $5.00 will be added to your order. For name or spelling errors on the part of Sweet Memories, this fee will be waived. Once proof is approved by customer via email, Sweet Memories is not responsible for any errors which may have been overlooked.

Returns and Cancellations:
Once an order is approved and printed, cancellations will require a fee of 25% of total order.
